Job Requirements
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, financial services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- Pass criminal conviction history and credit report reviews as required under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
- Register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) within required timeframes
- Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone

Job Duties
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment
- Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs
- Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
