Job Requirements

HS diploma/GED
One year of patient care, administrative, customer service, or related experience
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Availability to work according to schedule or class commitments
Willingness to engage in physical activities including lifting and standing
Compliance with pre-employment screening including drug testing and education verification

Job Qualifications

HS diploma/GED
One year of patient care, administrative, customer service, or related experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Ethical and professional conduct

Job Duties

Clean equipment and therapy areas after each patient
Check in patients and gather necessary patient information
Follow scheduled treatment plan and coordinate follow-up therapy visits
Support physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals during patient care
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
