- Customer service

- Electronic medical records (EHR)
- Ability to travel to all four locations
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings and Saturdays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with electronic medical records (EHR)
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and practice management software
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Experience in a medical or healthcare office environment
Job Duties
- Check patients in/out
- Rooming patients
- Scan documents
- Collecting co-pays and remainder balances on accounts
- Verifying insurances
- Greeting patients and answering telephones
- Scheduling, rescheduling and confirming appointments
