Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
current CPR recognition
ability to perform physical tasks required by the job
willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
dependable with good attendance
ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
ability to work variable shifts as scheduled

Job Qualifications

experience with direct patient care
degree or working towards degree completion in a patient care field such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, or exercise physiology
current CPR certification
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
flexibility and reliability
positive problem-solving skills

Job Duties

assist physical and occupational therapists with patient care tasks
perform clerical duties including scheduling and record keeping
maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
support patients during therapy sessions as needed
prepare and manage therapy equipment
communicate effectively with therapy staff and patients
adhere to safety and infection control protocols
