Job Requirements
- experience with direct patient care
- degree or working towards degree completion in patient care field such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, or exercise physiology
- current cpr recognition
- personable, compassionate and caring with willingness to learn new tasks
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- flexible, reliable, self-motivated
- ability to work effectively with staff and public
- ability to fulfill essential functions of the position

Job Duties
- assist physical and occupational therapists with routine patient care tasks
- perform clerical duties to support therapy operations
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of therapy areas
- help patients with mobility and exercise activities as directed
- communicate effectively with staff and patients
- support scheduling and equipment preparation
- ensure compliance with safety and health standards
