Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience in technical, safety, or aviation discipline or equivalent
- Certification in quality or safety or two years of safety experience
- Two years' experience with a major passenger, cargo, or regional carrier
- Ability to collaborate, develop relationships, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and regulators
- Ability and initiative to work independently and multitask
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- Reliable, punctual attendance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage United's Voluntary Disclosure program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Engage with divisions to support corrective actions for non-conformance with policies and procedures
- Handle Corrective Action Notices, Safety Assurance Letters, Requests for Information, and other regulatory requests
- Serve as primary contact for FAA and regulatory bodies regarding reporting and compliance
- Deliver written reports including assessments, root cause analyses, and corrective measures
- Collaborate to develop and administer strategies for safe transportation of Dangerous Goods
- Monitor corrective action commitments and ensure implementation to completion
