Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of service industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently a managerial position at Four Seasons
  • Commitment to integrity and accountability
  • Strong teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver and kitchen equipment
  • Proper cleaning of the kitchen production area and equipment set-up
  • Assist with expediting food for banquet functions in accordance with production and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring kitchen floor areas have safety signs and are well kept
  • Committed team player contributing to team success
  • Stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
