Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of service industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently a managerial position at Four Seasons
- Commitment to integrity and accountability
- Strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver and kitchen equipment
- Proper cleaning of the kitchen production area and equipment set-up
- Assist with expediting food for banquet functions in accordance with production and quality standards
- Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring kitchen floor areas have safety signs and are well kept
- Committed team player contributing to team success
- Stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
