Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization required unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of Four Seasons' china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment
- Properly clean kitchen production area and set up equipment
- Assist with expediting of food for banquet functions in accordance with production and quality standards
- Maintain a safe work environment ensuring all kitchen floor areas have safety signs and are well kept
- Demonstrate commitment as a team player and contribute to team success
