Job Requirements
- 2+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location

Job Duties
- cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver and kitchen equipment
- proper cleaning of kitchen production area and equipment set-up
- assist with expediting of food for banquet functions in accordance with production and quality standards
- maintain a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas have safety signs and are well kept
- be a committed team player and strive to achieve success together
