Job Requirements

  • US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
  • minimum 2 years of service industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • commitment to integrity, accountability, and teamwork
  • passion for hospitality and service excellence

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment
  • take charge of proper cleaning of the kitchen production area and equipment set-up
  • assist with expediting food for banquet functions according to quality standards
  • maintain a safe work environment with proper safety signs and well-kept kitchen floor areas
  • demonstrate commitment as a team player, showing care for the team and striving for collective success
