Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in the service industry preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at Four Seasons

  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail in cleanliness and sanitation practices
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment
  • Properly clean kitchen production areas and set up equipment
  • Assist with expediting food for banquet functions according to production and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe work environment by placing safety signs and keeping kitchen floors well maintained
  • Demonstrate commitment as a team player and work collaboratively towards success
