  • 2+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment
  • Proper cleaning of kitchen production area and equipment set-up
  • Assist with expediting of food for banquet functions according to production and quality standards
  • Maintain safe work environment by ensuring kitchen floor areas have safety signs and are well kept
  • Committed team player contributing to team success
