Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in the service industry preferably within luxury hospitality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently a Four Seasons manager

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper cleaning of kitchen production areas and equipment set-up
- Assist with expediting food for banquet functions according to production and quality standards
- Maintain a safe work environment with appropriate safety signage and well-kept kitchen floor areas
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and commitment to collective success
