Job Duties
- oversee banquet kitchen functions and support other food and beverage outlets
- manage all culinary and pastry staff and kitchen operations
- lead and inspire kitchen teams to create exceptional guest experiences
- develop innovative and creative menus
- manage food, labor, and supply costs to achieve financial goals
- collaborate with Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to problem-solve and recommend solutions
- ensure adherence to Four Seasons luxury standards
