Job Requirements

  • Work authorization for the US
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum four years of entry-level culinary supervisory experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • strong communication skills in English, Spanish preferred
  • leadership ability to oversee culinary and pastry staff
  • commitment to Four Seasons’ luxury service standards
  • ability to collaborate effectively with management and peers
  • passion for food and mentoring culinary staff

Job Duties

  • Support banquet functions and other food and beverage outlets
  • oversee culinary and pastry staff
  • assist in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • collaborate with restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to solve problems and recommend solutions
  • monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals
  • create and implement innovative menu plans
  • lead and inspire culinary teams to achieve high performance
  • organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
