- Knowledge of food and beverage financials
- Experience in luxury hospitality environment
- Preferred Spanish language proficiency

- Strong communication skills, including English proficiency
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Experience managing kitchen and pastry staff
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Leadership skills with an emphasis on team support and development
- Proven track record in driving food and beverage revenue and cost management
Job Duties
- Support banquet functions in the resort kitchen
- Oversee culinary and pastry staff
- Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Drive menu planning and culinary creativity
- Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses
- Collaborate with Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
- Problem solve and recommend solutions with confidence and mutual respect
