Job Requirements

  • Work authorization for the US
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum 4 years of culinary supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage financials
  • Experience in luxury hospitality environment
  • Preferred Spanish language proficiency

  • Strong communication skills, including English proficiency
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • Experience managing kitchen and pastry staff
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Leadership skills with an emphasis on team support and development
  • Proven track record in driving food and beverage revenue and cost management

Job Duties

  • Support banquet functions in the resort kitchen
  • Oversee culinary and pastry staff
  • Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Drive menu planning and culinary creativity
  • Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses
  • Collaborate with Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
  • Problem solve and recommend solutions with confidence and mutual respect
