Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of service industry experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts
- Ability to lift or pull up to 30 pounds
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial role at Four Seasons
- Commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of service industry experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and lift or pull up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all resort public areas and back of house employee areas
- Interact with guests using a genuine and authentic personality
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the resort public spaces
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest and employee requests or issues
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- Work collaboratively as a committed team player
- Adapt and multitask to cover various shifts and business needs
