Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of service industry experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift or pull up to 30 pounds
  • US work authorization unless currently in a managerial role at Four Seasons
  • Commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of service industry experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and lift or pull up to 30 pounds
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of all resort public areas and back of house employee areas
  • Interact with guests using a genuine and authentic personality
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the resort public spaces
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest and employee requests or issues
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
  • Work collaboratively as a committed team player
  • Adapt and multitask to cover various shifts and business needs
