Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of pastry manager experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills with a clear understanding of english
  • preferred bilingual in spanish
  • us work authorization required unless currently in a managerial position at a four seasons location
  • report directly to executive chef

Job Duties

  • oversee all pastry staff and all aspects of the pastry operations
  • create trust and openness and empower team members
  • assist in menu planning and creativity
  • collaborate with restaurant gm and assistant director of food and beverage to problem solve and recommend solutions
  • monitor labor, supplies and food expenses to achieve financial goals
  • develop future culinary leaders
  • maintain high standards of luxury hospitality
