Job Requirements

  • One or more years of service industry experience
  • Housekeeping experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Us work authorization unless currently managerial at a Four Seasons location
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and accountability

  • One or more years of service industry experience
  • Experience in housekeeping preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to support and encourage team members
  • Willingness to take initiative and make guest-focused decisions

Job Duties

  • Assist the guest attendants as necessary including putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, replacing canopies
  • Maintain and resupply guest room supplies and linen in the F-station service areas daily
  • Ensure cleanliness, neatness, and litter-free hotel pathways, F-stations, guest laundry rooms, and all assigned areas
  • Remove garbage and recyclable items and discard them appropriately
  • Clean and prepare arrival rooms including cleaning glass windows and doors, high dusting of rooms including headboards, ceiling fans, and vents
  • Ensure cleanliness of lanais, lanai furniture, railings, fixtures, entryways, and stairs of all guest rooms
  • Deliver and pick up guest request items such as irons and ironing boards
  • Assist in moving beds and furniture as requested
  • Help move beds and furniture, turn mattresses, remove or hang sheers and drapes
  • Assist with duties in the absence or heavy volume in areas of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper
