Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Mobility to move throughout the host stand restaurant and bar areas
  • Flexible schedule availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently in managerial position at Four Seasons

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality ensuring tables are prepared to their preferences
  • Maintain a polished host stand answer calls professionally manage seating charts and support smooth restaurant flow
  • Show care and awareness throughout the dining experience staying attentive to guest needs
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism assist with special requests and provide accurate information about hotel services and events
  • Use reservation systems accurately to support proper setup and guest seating
  • Support the team by helping clear tables and run food as needed
