Job Requirements
- Mobility to move throughout the host stand, restaurant, and bar areas
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
- A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring tables are prepared to their preferences
- Maintain a polished host stand, answer calls professionally, manage seating charts, and support smooth restaurant flow
- Show care and awareness throughout the dining experience, staying attentive to guest needs
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism, assist with special requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services and events
- Use reservation systems accurately to support proper setup and guest seating
- Support the team by helping clear tables and run food as needed
