Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or related service industry
  • Flexible schedule including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift or pull up to 30 pounds
  • US work authorization unless currently in a managerial role at Four Seasons
  • Commitment to integrity, accountability, and guest service excellence
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or service industry preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Genuine and authentic personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Attend to guest requests and accommodate special needs with professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct quality checks and report any maintenance issues
  • Uphold hotel safety and hygiene regulations
  • Respond promptly to guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of communications operator
  • Assist with inventory management and room supplies
