Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One plus years of experience in a service industry role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to endure standing for entire shifts and lift or pull up to 30 lbs
  • Legal authorization to work in the US unless currently employed in a managerial position at Four Seasons

  • Experience in housekeeping preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality with integrity and accountability
  • Ability to connect genuinely with guests and colleagues
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Use genuine and authentic personality to make positive impressions on guests even when cleaning rooms
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Handle guest and employee interactions as a brave problem solver with professionalism and hospitality
  • Attend to every detail in all tasks knowing its importance
  • Act as a committed team player supporting and encouraging fellow employees
  • React quickly to change and multitask including helping with guest requests and answering guest calls when needed
