Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One plus years of experience in a service industry role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to endure standing for entire shifts and lift or pull up to 30 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the US unless currently employed in a managerial position at Four Seasons

- Experience in housekeeping preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality with integrity and accountability
- Ability to connect genuinely with guests and colleagues
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Use genuine and authentic personality to make positive impressions on guests even when cleaning rooms
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest and employee interactions as a brave problem solver with professionalism and hospitality
- Attend to every detail in all tasks knowing its importance
- Act as a committed team player supporting and encouraging fellow employees
