Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of housekeeping or service industry experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or pull up to 30 pounds
- US work authorization unless currently a manager at a Four Seasons location
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability
- Positive attitude and personable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service industry experience
- Preferably experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and lift or pull up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Use genuine and authentic personality to create a positive impression on guests while cleaning rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Act as a brave problem solver in guest and employee interactions, accommodating special requests with hospitality and professionalism
- Ensure attention to every detail in cleaning to exceed guest expectations
- Work collaboratively as a committed team player supporting fellow employees to achieve shared success
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and multitask by assisting with changes and guest requests
- Answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator
