Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant housekeeping or service industry experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds
- US work authorization required unless currently holding a managerial position at Four Seasons
- Commitment to uphold integrity, accountability, and teamwork
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in housekeeping or service industry
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean guestrooms thoroughly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- Inspect rooms to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
- Assist in managing guest calls and directing them appropriately when needed
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
- Lift and move items up to 30 pounds as required during shift
