Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant housekeeping or service industry experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds
  • US work authorization required unless currently holding a managerial position at Four Seasons
  • Commitment to uphold integrity, accountability, and teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in housekeeping or service industry
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean guestrooms thoroughly and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
  • Inspect rooms to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
  • Assist in managing guest calls and directing them appropriately when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
  • Lift and move items up to 30 pounds as required during shift
