Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization or currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Ability to stand continuously and move throughout the hotel during shifts

Job Duties
- Check guests in using a genuine and authentic personality
- Understand guests' situations and take actions to create the best experience
- Check out guests and ascertain their satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and hospitality
- Assist customers with inquiries about hotel services, events, and directions
- Utilize computer systems to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations in absence of Reservations staff
