Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant environment
- valid New Mexico alcohol server certification
- valid New Mexico food handler certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently a manager at Four Seasons
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks
- commitment to upholding Four Seasons standards of service and culture
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in high-end restaurant service or related work
- strong food and beverage knowledge and server skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico food handler certification
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to train and develop staff effectively
- passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- assist to manage the Terra Restaurant and Bar and in-room dining and pool operations when needed
- create and nurture connections with the staff using a genuine and authentic personality
- lead with inspiration ensuring staff deliver Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
- direct staff to deliver passionate and detailed descriptions of food and drink menu options
- continuously expand knowledge of food and beverage products and ensure consistent execution of service standards
- communicate effectively ensuring staff understand information clearly and encouraging ownership
- perform administrative duties including inventories, scheduling, menu planning, and employee coaching
- manage pool operations especially at the start of the position
- maintain physical stamina for demanding but enjoyable work environment
