Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar kitchen or hotel operation
- Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, oven, waffle iron, flat top grill
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lb
- Basic english
- Legal work authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar kitchen or hotel operation
- Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, oven, waffle iron, flat top grill
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic English
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the united states
Job Duties
- Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
- Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials
- Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to prepare beyond estimated needs
- Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures
- Return all food items not used to designated storage areas
- Communicate with the sous chefs and the executive chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages
- Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
- Maintain a good working relationship with other employees
- Store items properly at the end of the shift
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of four seasons hotels
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
- Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests
- Have knowledge of four seasons food standards
