Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of culinary supervisory experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • US work authorization required unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of culinary supervisory experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop kitchen teams
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Experience in menu planning and culinary presentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock rotation

Job Duties

  • Supervise mise-en-place and cooking of food for service to maintain high standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen area
  • Initiate new ideas for menus, garnishes, and culinary presentation
  • Create and lead high-performing kitchen teams and provide ongoing training
  • Organize and manage stock rotation and cleanliness of storage areas and fridges
  • Communicate clearly and provide proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity
  • Maintain quality control and oversee the preparation processes in all food outlets
