Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of bell attendant or valet experience in luxury hotel setting
  • Valid United States driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to stand for entire work shift
  • Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs and lift boxes up to 100lbs
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience as a bell attendant or valet in a luxury hotel setting
  • Valid United States driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for entire work shifts
  • Ability to lift and move heavy luggage and boxes
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Use a genuine and authentic personality to welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with luggage ensuring correct delivery to rooms
  • Coordinate door access for guests entering and leaving the resort lobby
  • Maintain quality, flow and cleanliness of front drive as a committed team player
  • Make necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms
  • Transport guest and hotel packages and parcels
  • Ensure assigned vehicles are clean and maintained at the beginning of shifts
  • Assist guests by providing transportation to and from local destinations within a defined area
