Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a high end bartender or restaurant service
- Strong food and beverage cocktail beer and wine knowledge preferred
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Provide an enjoyable and expertly served bar experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence
- Deliver with passion detailed ingredients information and engaging descriptions of all drink menu options
- Constantly learn to expand knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks
- Assist with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of a hostess, take reservations, and operate the Micros Operating System
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
- Properly and accurately close guest checks and process payments
- Settle voided checks or complimentary items as appropriate
