Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience as a high end bartender restaurant service or related work
- Strong F and B cocktail beer and wine knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Using your genuine and authentic personality provide an enjoyable expertly served experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
- Bartenders are knowledgeable about all drink menu options including wine and cocktail selections and are able to deliver with passion the detailed ingredients information as well as an engaging and articulate description that tempts the tastebuds
- Constantly learning to expand your knowledge of liquors wines beers ports armagnacs eau de vies cognacs and specialty drinks
- As a committed team player assist with additional side work greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess take reservations and have the ability to operate the Micros Operating System
- Being aware and present anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Properly and accurately close guest checks process cash and credit card payments properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
