Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years supervisory experience in hospitality
  • one or more years housekeeping experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • knowledge of sanitation regulations
  • good eye for detail
  • strong communication skills
  • US work authorization unless currently a managerial employee at Four Seasons

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years hospitality supervisory experience
  • at least one year experience in housekeeping
  • proficiency in hotel property management systems such as Opera
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • good problem-solving abilities
  • flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • assist in managing housekeeping and laundry operations
  • organize employee shifts
  • train and motivate team members
  • inspect private and public areas for cleanliness and tidiness
  • ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards
  • manage labor and expense budgets
  • assist in front office operations
