Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of hospitality supervisory experience preferably in luxury hospitality
- at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational needs
- proficiency with hotel property management systems including Opera
- excellent personal presentation
- passion for service
- bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- assist in managing housekeeping and laundry operations
- organize employee shifts
- train and motivate team members
- inspect private and public areas for cleanliness
- manage labor and expense budgets
- provide assistance throughout the Rooms Division as needed
- ensure rooms meet Four Seasons Lead With Care standards
