Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in high end restaurant service
- Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico food handler certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location

- Strong food and beverage knowledge and server skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico food handler certification
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide an enjoyable and expertly served experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
- Be knowledgeable about all food and drink menu options and deliver detailed ingredient information with passion
- Constantly learn to expand knowledge of food and beverage products
- Assist with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess, take reservations and operate the Micros Operating System
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Properly and accurately close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and settle voided checks or complimentary items
- Work morning shifts as an AM server
