Job Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with BSN or graduate of accredited school of nursing with RN license and other bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in designated service line
- Current RN license
- Valid BLS certification
- Valid ACLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advocacy for quality and cost effective care
- Understanding of healthcare management issues
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Professional appearance and decorum
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Diplomatic and tactful approach in professional settings
- Ability to coordinate events, meetings, and schedules
- Skills in developing, reviewing, and revising policies and procedures
- Ability to compose professional correspondence
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate service line patients, registry, and designation
- Oversee management and maintenance of registry and corresponding requirements
- Collaborate with physicians, departments, and other providers to obtain and maintain certification and designation
- Coordinate registries and certifications including those related to chest pain, heart failure, breast health, stroke, emergency department trauma, and performance improvement
- Manage data submission for CMS and The Joint Commission performance improvement programs including ORYX, IQR, OQR, and Value Based Purchasing
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events related to service line and registry functions
- Develop, review, and revise applicable policies and procedures related to service line registries and certifications
- Compose letters and memorandums related to registry and certification activities
