Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility to travel to event locations
  • Knowledge of registration software is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office or professional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with registration software such as Cvent Workfront Smartsheet or Jira is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Design, test, and maintain multiple online event registration pages ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience
  • Collaborate strategically with event teams and vendors to develop and execute registration strategies aligned with attendance and revenue goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for registration-related inquiries providing timely support and troubleshooting
  • Generate custom registration reports to support data-driven decision-making and assist with invoice processing
  • Manage all aspects of onsite registration logistics including detailed layouts and staging guides
  • Research and contract with local staffing agencies coordinate temporary staffing needs and oversee onsite registration operations
  • Maintain relationships with registration vendor call centers ensuring seamless support and communication
  • Provide technical assistance for event mobile apps
  • Deliver training on registration platforms to internal stakeholders including new hires and existing users
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via team email ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives
