Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • One year medical front office including patient scheduling or related experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Attention to detail in performing data entry and record maintenance
  • Ability to multitask and manage phone communications
  • Willingness to work full-time day shift
  • Commitment to teamwork and patient service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of medical front office experience including patient scheduling or related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Preferred: One year of college coursework

Job Duties

  • Perform registration procedures for patients in the Imaging department
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • File patient records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Enter patient data into electronic systems with attention to detail
  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls professionally
  • Assist management and administrative departments as a receptionist and gatekeeper
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental operations
