Job Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- active Ohio Registered Nurse license
- CPR/BLS certification
- experience with triage procedures
- clinic, physician office, or urgent care experience
- knowledge of infection control standards
- knowledge of medication administration

Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program
- current Ohio Registered Nurse license

- knowledge of medication administration procedures
- ability to educate and communicate clearly with patients and families
- ability to convey information in writing and verbally

Job Duties
- Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider
- collect patient health data
- analyze data to determine diagnoses
- identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient
- develop a plan of care prescribing interventions to attain expected outcomes
- implement interventions
- evaluate patient progress toward outcomes
- work collaboratively with the healthcare team
- perform professional nursing work including patient care as outlined by physicians and policies
