Job Requirements
- graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- valid Texas RN license or eligible compact license
- current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or to be obtained within 3 years of hire
- acute care experience required

- assess total nursing care requirements

- plan and evaluate patient care outcomes
- provide and direct patient care for assigned groups
- collaborate with other shifts and departments for continuity of care
- maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
- participate in on-call rotation duties
