Job Requirements
- Associates nursing degree or diploma
- valid RN license or RN-Compact
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification or provisional ACLS within 180 days
- less than one year completion of accredited nursing program with required clinical hours
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to function effectively under pressure
- excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- proficiency in English
- basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or nursing diploma required
- bachelors degree in nursing preferred
- valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- current BLS certification
- current ACLS certification or provisional ACLS within 180 days
- less than one year experience with clinical hours in an accredited nursing program
- direct patient care experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
- proficiency in English language and basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide individualized high quality and safe patient care
- collaborate as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team
- uphold nursing practice as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics
- respond to emergencies decisively and calmly
