- Registered nurse licensure in practicing state
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- proficiency in system office applications

Job Duties
- Provides decision support related to system evaluation
- develops and facilitates ongoing information system assessments
- conducts application testing for system enhancements
- participates in post-implementation change evaluation
- collaborates with education teams to develop training materials
- implements education and communication plans for clinical staff
- provides training and support for clinical application systems
- maintains ongoing user communication and support
- collaborates with end-users and clinicians to identify improvement opportunities
- supports deployment of new IT clinical applications
- maintains user support structure by engaging super users
- facilitates focus meetings for end-user feedback
- resolves workflow and system conflicts
- promotes patient safety and confidentiality
- keeps up-to-date with healthcare informatics trends
- participates in process improvement teams
