Job Requirements
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
- Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry
- Ability to lift 25-30 pounds
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels
- Exposure to secondhand smoke
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for entire shift
Job Qualifications

- Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends
- Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing new member sign-ups
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract new members
- Assist in creating content for promotional campaigns and giveaways
- Ensure consistency and alignment of promotional content with overall marketing goals
- Assist in facilitating events and promotions to drive member engagement and sign-ups
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media accounts and online advertising
- Handle administrative tasks such as team member scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining certain files
- Other duties assigned
