Job Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry
  • Ability to lift 25-30 pounds
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels
  • Exposure to secondhand smoke
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for entire shift

Job Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends
  • Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing new member sign-ups
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract new members
  • Assist in creating content for promotional campaigns and giveaways
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of promotional content with overall marketing goals
  • Assist in facilitating events and promotions to drive member engagement and sign-ups
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media accounts and online advertising
  • Handle administrative tasks such as team member scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining certain files
  • Other duties assigned
