Job Requirements

  • 7+ years retail regional or district management experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Direct multi-million dollar sales volumes to maximize sales, gross margin and inventory turns
  • Manage customer satisfaction and support a customer service culture
  • Develop store managers and associates through coaching to drive sales and meet KPIs
  • Manage expenses to increase profitability
  • Review operational reports to ensure policy adherence and monitor store profitability
  • Collaborate on budgets, forecasts and sales reports
  • Coordinate sales promotions and pricing strategies
  • Oversee new store openings and closings
  • Resolve operational issues affecting service, efficiency and productivity
  • Inspect store premises for safety, security and compliance with environmental codes
