Job Duties
- Direct multi-million dollar sales volumes to maximize sales, gross margin and inventory turns
- Manage customer satisfaction and support a customer service culture
- Develop store managers and associates through coaching to drive sales and meet KPIs
- Manage expenses to increase profitability
- Review operational reports to ensure policy adherence and monitor store profitability
- Collaborate on budgets, forecasts and sales reports
- Coordinate sales promotions and pricing strategies
- Oversee new store openings and closings
- Resolve operational issues affecting service, efficiency and productivity
- Inspect store premises for safety, security and compliance with environmental codes
