Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of multi-unit management experience in entertainment or hospitality settings
  • Proven success managing large, diverse teams
  • Experience overseeing attractions, food and beverage, and event operations
  • Strong operational and financial management track record
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • Skilled in managing P&L and driving financial discipline
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and team development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Sales-minded approach with strategic business planning capabilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain district and area managers passionate about guest experience and financial goals
  • Identify and address training and development needs of district and area managers
  • Communicate, monitor, and deliver on key performance indicators with district and area managers
  • Ensure operating and service standards are consistently executed across all entertainment venues
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits focused on safety and operational excellence
  • Manage seasonal pricing, specials, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and oversee annual business plans and budgets for the region
  • Evaluate financial performance and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and expense control
  • Foster a proactive sales culture targeting various revenue streams
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all venues
  • Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required
