Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of multi-unit management experience
- Relevant food and beverage experience
- Ability to oversee multiple locations and travel regularly
- Comfortable working varied shifts including weekends, holidays and extended workdays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple departments
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be based within reasonable driving distance to New York City

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain District and Area Managers passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial goals
- Identify and act on the unique training and development needs of District and Area Managers
- Communicate, monitor and deliver on Key Performance Indicators with District and Area Managers
- Ensure Lucky Strike Entertainment's Operating and Service Standards are executed consistently
- Conduct regular inspections using company visit checklists and tools
- Manage execution of seasonal price changes, weekly specials and promotions
- Develop annual business plans and collaborate with managers to develop Annual Operating Plan
- Review and analyze financial reports and monthly P&L performance
- Evaluate financial performance and ensure managers implement effective action plans
- Plan revenue growth and monitor expense control with focus on strategic labor management
- Develop a sales culture among District and Area Managers
- Ensure adherence to operating standards for alcohol sales, food safety, health/sanitation, safety and security
- Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays and extended days as needed
