Job Requirements

Undergraduate degree
15+ years progressive hospitality management service experience
Franchise experience required
Proven track record with P and L responsibility, budgeting, financial forecasting, and people management
Strong customer orientation
Ability to lead and develop professional staff
Passion for setting measurable objectives and driving performance
Results-oriented and self-disciplined executive
Strategic and creative thinker
Exceptional financial management skills
Experience managing training teams

Job Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required
MBA or advanced degree in business or related field preferred
15+ years progressive hospitality management experience
Franchise experience required
Proven P and L responsibility and financial forecasting skills
Strong customer orientation and operational strategy skills
Demonstrated leadership in building and managing professional teams
Experience in training team management and program development
Skilled in strategic thinking and managing complex environments

Job Duties

Lead, develop, and motivate a field-based team to achieve regional objectives
Manage regional P and L and key performance indicators
Collaborate with Development and Finance teams to optimize market growth opportunities
Build and maintain exemplary franchisee relationships
Drive execution of marketing promotions, tech initiatives, and operational standards
Ensure operational alignment through annual business reviews, cafe visits, and communications
Represent and promote the brand as a strong ambassador
