- 15+ years progressive hospitality management service experience
- Franchise experience required
- Proven track record with P and L responsibility, budgeting, financial forecasting, and people management
- Strong customer orientation

- Results-oriented and self-disciplined executive
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Exceptional financial management skills
- Experience managing training teams
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- MBA or advanced degree in business or related field preferred
- 15+ years progressive hospitality management experience
- Franchise experience required
- Proven P and L responsibility and financial forecasting skills
- Strong customer orientation and operational strategy skills
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing professional teams
- Experience in training team management and program development
- Skilled in strategic thinking and managing complex environments
Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and motivate a field-based team to achieve regional objectives
- Manage regional P and L and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with Development and Finance teams to optimize market growth opportunities
- Build and maintain exemplary franchisee relationships
- Drive execution of marketing promotions, tech initiatives, and operational standards
- Ensure operational alignment through annual business reviews, cafe visits, and communications
- Represent and promote the brand as a strong ambassador
