Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of multi-unit management experience
  • Relevant food and beverage experience
  • Experience supervising several departments or staff of 100+ employees
  • Must reside within reasonable driving distance of Greater Denver and Colorado Springs markets
  • Ability to travel regularly to support multiple locations
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and develop business plans
  • Ability to comply with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Ability to foster a proactive sales culture

Job Qualifications

  • Proven record of success in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or casual dining environments

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, develop and retain district and area managers passionate about exceptional guest experiences
  • Identify and act on training and development needs of district and area managers
  • Communicate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) with district and area managers
  • Ensure consistent execution of operating and service standards
  • Conduct regular inspections using visit checklists and tools
  • Manage execution of seasonal price changes, weekly specials and promotions
  • Develop annual business plans and ensure accountability to the annual operating plan (AOP)
  • Review and analyze financial reports and profit and loss performance
  • Evaluate financial performance and implement effective action plans
  • Foster a sales culture focused on proactivity and entrepreneurship
  • Ensure compliance with standards for alcoholic beverage sales, food safety, health, sanitation, safety, and security
  • Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days as required
