Job Requirements
- Five years previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong understanding of company financials and how to influence and ensure consistent, positive change in key restaurant metrics
- Ability to organize and effectively follow up with teams
- Professional and clear, concise communication skills both written and spoken
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and maintain a clean image
- Ability to identify, attract, recruit, and retain leadership and managerial talent
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills
- Must successfully pass a thorough background check

Job Duties
- Coach and develop restaurant managers to manage single restaurant operations effectively
- Communicate company goals, expectations, and initiatives to restaurant managers and ensure team-wide understanding
- Lead and develop management team members through recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management
- Promote a customer-focused environment with proactive guest satisfaction strategies
- Ensure compliance with scheduled reporting and operational tasks to meet company, brand, state, and federal requirements
- Identify and resolve operational issues with root cause analysis and guide managers to implement preventive solutions
- Oversee marketing execution, competition analysis, and business development opportunities
- Support team communication by sharing results, recognizing achievements, and encouraging collaboration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws within the district
