Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in client relations, sales or account management
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas
- Experience with telecommunications or hospitality sectors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have clean driving record and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of related experience or a master's degree with 2 years experience
- Strong client relations, sales, and account management experience
- Expertise in telecommunications or hospitality industry sales
- Proven track record meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM and quoting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within team environments
- Preferred experience in network sales or services (802.1x LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Knowledge of data products, Wi-Fi networks, in-room entertainment systems, IoT
- Strong consultative and cost-benefit sales skills
- Technical aptitude, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong people and relationship management abilities
- Presentation and demonstration skills
- Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Clean driving record and ability to travel extensively independently
Job Duties
- Represent and sell company products and services to hotel management groups and hospitality clients
- Open new leads and accounts within the hospitality vertical
- Farm within hospitality management company accounts for additional sales opportunities
- Develop and deliver technical network solutions proposals promptly
- Close sales with signed legal agreements
- Collaborate with Cox Hospitality Network team to align business products with customer needs
- Travel to client locations and trade shows as required
